Help

How can we help?

The questions we hear most about accounts, logging in, orbits and privacy, all in one place. Each answer links to the page where you can do the thing itself.

Getting started

How do I create an account?

On the sign-up page, choose your account type: I'm a student or I'm an educator. Enter your name, year of birth, email address and a password of at least 10 characters, then accept the documents. If you are under 18, sign up together with a parent or guardian. If your educator has already given you a username, you don't need a new account; just log in.

How do I log in?

On the login page, enter your email address or username and your password. If your educator set up your account, use the username and temporary password on your card; you will be asked to choose your own password the first time you log in. If you have added a passkey, you can choose "Log in with a passkey" instead of typing a password.

Account security

How do I turn on two-step verification?

In Settings > Security, choose "Set up two-step verification". You confirm your password once more, then scan a QR code with an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or Bitwarden) and enter the 6-digit code it shows. From then on, logging in asks for that code as well as your password. It is optional for students, recommended for educators and required for admin accounts. Once it is set up, you are signed out on your other devices.

I can't get to my phone. How do I get my verification code?

There are no recovery codes. If you have added a passkey, you can use it instead of the code when you log in. On a student account with a registered email address, you can reset your password by email from the Forgot password page: this also turns off two-step verification. On educator accounts with a verified email address, a reset by email leaves two-step verification on. If neither works for you, write to us from the contact page: once we have confirmed the account is yours, an admin resets two-step verification. You can then log in with your password alone and set it up again if you like.

What is a passkey and how do I add one?

A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password, and it resists phishing. To add one, go to Settings > Security > Passkeys, choose "Add a passkey", confirm your password and give it a name such as "My phone". Signing in with your password always stays available.

A passkey I added earlier doesn't work. What should I do?

Passkeys are tied to the address where they were added. Kuazara now lives permanently at kuazara.com, so a passkey you added at another address may not work here. Your account and progress are safe. Log in once with your password (and your two-step code if it's on), then add your passkey again under Settings > Security > Passkeys. You can delete the old passkey from your device's password manager.

Which devices am I signed in on? How do I sign out of all of them?

Settings > Security > Open sessions lists every device where your account is logged in. You can end a single session or choose "End all other sessions". "Sign out on all devices" ends every session, including this one. If you see a session you don't recognise, end it and change your password.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you created your account yourself, enter your registered email address on the Forgot password page and we will send a link to that address so you can choose a new password. Check your inbox and your spam folder; if no link arrives, write to us from the contact page. If your educator set up your account (you log in with a username), your educator resets your password; when you log in with the new temporary password, you choose your own. When your password is reset by email, you are signed out everywhere for your security, and your passkeys and progress-sharing links are removed; on student accounts, two-step verification is turned off too. You can set them up again whenever you like.

Students

How do I join my educator's orbit?

An orbit is an educator's student group. Your educator gives you a 6-character invite code: once you have logged in, enter it on the My orbits page and press Join. The code isn't case-sensitive. If your educator set up your account, you are already in the orbit. For open orbits, you send a request to join from the Orbits page and become a member once the educator accepts; if you are under 13, this request needs parental consent.

Where can I see my assignments and my progress?

Assignments from your educator are listed under Orbit > Assignments, with the due date if there is one. An assignment can be a lesson, a mini test or a Workshop project. You can see your own progress under My notebook > Progress, and questions waiting for practice are collected in your Growth notebook.

What can my educator see in an orbit?

When you join an orbit with your own account, your educator sees the name you use in that orbit, not your real name, and your progress in that orbit. There are no private messages. You can leave an orbit whenever you like; once you leave, the educator no longer sees your progress.

Educators

How do I create an educator account?

On the sign-up page, choose "I'm an educator". Educator accounts open after a short review; in the meantime you can fill in your profile and look around. Once approved, you can open orbits, add students and set assignments. Because your account can see student information, we recommend turning on two-step verification.

How do I open an orbit and add my students?

On the My orbits page, choose "New orbit". Every orbit has its own invite code; students who already have an account join with it. For students without an account, you can create accounts one by one or in bulk: each student gets a username and a temporary password that is shown only once, and you can print their login cards.

How do I set an assignment and follow progress?

On the orbit page, choose "Set assignment"; link it to a lesson, an orbit quiz or a Workshop project, and set a due date if you like. You can see who has finished it in the assignment list and on the Progress tab, and common misconceptions on the Misconceptions tab.

My student forgot their password. What should I do?

If you created the account, reset the password from the student's row in the orbit's student list: a new temporary password is created and the old one stops working. When the student logs in with it, they choose their own password. If the student created their own account, they reset it from the Forgot password page.

Parents

Can my child under 13 use Kuazara?

Yes. We ask for the year of birth when an account is created. A user under 13 gets an account straight away; lessons, simulations, mini tests, assignments and orbits opened by their educator are available at once. Sharing in the community and one-to-one lessons open once the consent form signed by a parent or guardian has been approved. The same applies to students whose account was set up by their educator.

How do I give parental consent?

In four steps: 1) Open the consent form from the Parent approval page in your child's account and print it. 2) Fill it in and sign it; community sharing, one-to-one lessons and mobile notifications are separate boxes, so you choose what to allow. 3) Your child uploads a photo or scan of the signed form (JPG or PNG, up to 4 MB) on the same page. 4) The Kuazara team reviews it and the result appears on that page. We never ask for a national ID number or a photo of an ID card.

Who sees the signed form? Can I withdraw consent?

Only Kuazara admins see the form; educators and other users cannot. It is stored encrypted and deleted 365 days after the decision, or when the account is deleted. To withdraw consent, write to destek@kuazara.com or delete the account.

Can I see my child's progress?

Your child can create a read-only link under Settings > Progress sharing and share it with you. Whoever opens the link sees a short summary of the last 30 days without logging in: active days, lessons completed, mini tests and streak. Your child can switch the link off at any time.

Privacy and your account

What data do you keep? Can I get a copy?

Our Privacy page sets out what we keep, why and for how long. To change your username or email address, or to get a copy of your data, write to us from the contact page. Send personal data (KVKK) requests from the email address registered to your account; we reply within 30 days at the latest.

How do I delete my account?

Log in, go to "Delete my account" at the end of Settings > Security, enter your password (and your two-step code if it is on) and confirm; your account is deleted straight away. If you can't log in, you can ask for a one-time deletion link by email on the Delete your account page; the link is only sent to accounts with a verified email address. If no link arrives, write to us from the contact page. That page explains what is deleted and what stays without being linked to anyone. This cannot be undone.

How do I change my cookie settings?

Strictly necessary cookies are always on, for logging in and security. You can switch optional categories such as analytics on or off at any time: with the button below, or with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. If you are logged in, the same setting is under Settings > Privacy and intro. The Cookie policy lists what each cookie does.
