2. Main characteristics of the product or service

The name, subject, number of lessons, total length, language, access period and, where applicable, the educator of the course or digital content are shown on the purchase page. [Filled in with the order details at the time of purchase.]

Content is provided online only; no physical product is shipped. If physical products such as kits are offered, a separate form will be prepared for them.

3. Total price and payment

  • Total price, taxes included: [from the order summary]
  • Additional charges (delivery etc.): none.
  • Payment method and payment institution: [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER]
  • If a subscription: renewal period, price per period and how to cancel [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER]

4. Performance, access and technical requirements

Once payment is confirmed, the content is added to your account and becomes available immediately. An up-to-date web browser and an internet connection are enough to use it; you do not need to install any software.

The content is viewed only through your Kuazara account; downloading, copying and sharing may be prevented (technical protection measures). [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER: Protection measures of the video provider, such as signed links, will be added before publication.]

5. Right of withdrawal

As a rule, you may withdraw within fourteen days of the contract's formation without giving a reason. However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or for digital content delivered instantly.

This exception applies only if, at the purchase step, you explicitly confirm with a separate box that you want the content to be made available immediately and that you know you will therefore lose your right of withdrawal. This box is never pre-ticked, and the purchase can be completed without it. [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER: The option that applies when this confirmation is not given will be settled together with the payment flow.]

How to withdraw and the refund process: refunds and withdrawal policy.

6. Complaints and objections

You can send complaints to the seller's contact details. In case of a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, or to the Consumer Court above those limits.

7. Confirmation

At the purchase step you separately confirm that you have read and accepted this form; the contract is not formed without this confirmation. A copy of the form and of the distance sales contract is sent to you after the purchase. [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER: The delivery method will be settled together with the payment flow.]
