Workshop

An empty bench, 15 parts and a multimeter. Build your circuit, run it, measure it. Connect an LED without a resistor and it burns out; then we work out why together.

  1. 01

    Build

    Battery, bench power supply, resistor, potentiometer, LED, lamp, switch, push button, diode, buzzer, DC motor, light and temperature sensors. Connect the legs with wires.

  2. 02

    Run and measure

    The circuit is solved again after every change. LEDs glow, motors turn, and the multimeter shows voltage, current or resistance.

    Learn from mistakes

    Short circuit, reversed LED, overheating resistor or an ammeter in parallel: the workshop tells you what happened and how to fix it.
