Contents
1. The service
Kuazara is an online platform that helps you learn maths and science concepts through simulations, short lessons and quizzes. Teachers can set up classes and give their students assignments. Kuazara is not affiliated with any government body and does not issue official certificates or diplomas.
2. Your account
- You agree to give accurate information when you sign up and not to share your password with anyone.
- If you are under 18, you should sign up together with a parent or guardian.
- If your teacher created an account for you, you set your own password on first login; that account is linked to your teacher's class.
- Teacher accounts go through a short approval before they can set up classes.
- If you notice any unauthorised use of your account, write to us straight away.
3. Rules of use
You use the platform to learn and to teach. You agree not to:
- try to access someone else's account or open an account on someone else's behalf,
- send automated requests that would overload the system, or try to get around security measures,
- upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes the rights of others.
4. Content and intellectual property
The lessons, simulations, images and software on the platform belong to Kuazara or its licensors. Personal learning and classroom use are free; they may not be copied and published elsewhere without permission. Teachers keep the rights to the content they create themselves.
5. Pricing
Basic use is currently free. If paid features are added in the future, prices and terms will be announced clearly in advance; you will never be charged without your consent.
6. Limits of liability
We work to keep the platform running without interruptions or errors, but we cannot guarantee this. The content is meant to help you learn; it does not promise exam success or any particular result. [TO BE COMPLETED BY OWNER: Legal wording on the limits of liability will be added before publication.]
7. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time; just write to destek@kuazara.com. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are seriously breached.
8. Changes and contact
If we update these terms, we will announce important changes on the site and, where necessary, by email. You can find how personal data is processed on the Privacy page. Questions: destek@kuazara.com
