Delete your account
You can delete your Kuazara account yourself at any time. The quickest way is to sign in and delete it from Settings; if you cannot sign in, you can request a deletion link by email.
By signing in (recommended)
- Sign in to Kuazara on the web.
- Go to “Delete my account” at the end of Settings → Security.
- Enter your password (and your code if two-step verification is on) and confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Without signing in, by email
Enter the email address registered to your account. If it belongs to a verified account, we send a single-use deletion link that is valid for 30 minutes; open it and confirm the deletion.
If your educator set up your account and you have no email address: ask your educator to reset your password, then sign in and delete it from Settings; or write to destek@kuazara.com.
What happens when you delete?
What is deleted
- Your first name, last name, username and email address
- Your password, two-step verification record, passkeys and known devices; all your sessions end
- Your community profile and the appreciations you gave; your works are hidden
- The name, description and content of your Workshop projects
- Notices sent to you; the topics and notes of your one-to-one lessons (your future lessons are cancelled)
- Your class memberships
What stays (linked to no one)
- Lesson, quiz and point records stay for statistics; they cannot be matched to anyone because your name and email are deleted
- Workshop assignment copies you submitted stay with your educator anonymously until the assignment or class is deleted
- Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. the audit log)
This cannot be undone. If something goes wrong, write to destek@kuazara.com.
